Dayana Zamora is a Board Certified LCSW Supervisor in Texas. Thru Vita Therapy, she offers virtual internship opportunities across Texas. Interns provide psychoeducation and therapy sessions to individuals, groups, couples, and families. Ages vary from youth to adults.  Concentration is the application of counseling services utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

Interns also participate in community events and presentations raising awareness regarding mental health services.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work independently

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Willingness to learn computer applications necessary for work functions including social media

• Ability to adapt to changing situations and various personalities with a positive attitude

 

Dayana has been a Field Instructor and currently is a Faculty Liaison for bachelor/ master-level students. Interns actively participate in a weekly clinical trainings.
